Our clients vary in size and requirements. Each company uses FurnishWEB a little differently. We have manufacturers that already have a custom system (we buillt it!) and they only use FurnishWEB as a photo library. We have manufacturers that use our product only for inventory and others who use it for entering orders. Some of our clients give only their reps access; others invite their dealers.

While FurnishWEB is marketed to manufacturers, those manufacturers can invite dealers. Currently over 600 dealers (representing more than 900 users) are using FurnishWEB to get answers to their questions. This results in improved customer service while dramatically reducing the number of phone and fax inquiries for the manufacturer (One of our manufacturers quoted an 80% reduction in customer service calls!)
